Cookie Policy

This Policy explains how the U.S. version of Credalye uses cookies and similar technologies, what the current public build loads, and the privacy choices that may apply to you.

Credalye · controlsClear about what the browser may store or request.

We separate necessary website functions from analytics or advertising technologies and explain what is actually present in the current U.S. build.

Current buildNo third-party advertising or analytics tags were identified in the current public U.S. HTML build reviewed on September 1, 2026.

The current public U.S. pages do not embed Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or comparable third-party advertising tags in the HTML reviewed for this adaptation. The pages do load Google Fonts resources from Google domains, and standard network requests can transmit technical information such as an IP address and browser headers to the service provider.

01

What cookies and similar technologies are

A cookie is a small file a website can store in your browser. Similar technologies can include local storage, session storage, pixels, SDKs, or other identifiers used to remember information, operate a feature, measure activity, or support advertising.

Some technologies are necessary to provide a function you request or to help keep a website secure. Others can be used for analytics, personalization, or advertising and may be subject to additional consent or opt-out requirements.

02

What the current U.S. site uses

In the public U.S. HTML build reviewed on September 1, 2026, we did not identify embedded Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or comparable third-party advertising or behavioral-tracking tags.

The website currently requests font resources from Google Fonts domains. Like ordinary web requests, those requests can expose technical information such as IP address, browser headers, and request timestamps to the provider. Necessary browser storage may also be used for interface state, security, or features you explicitly request.

This section describes the reviewed build only. If the production site adds analytics, advertising, personalization, session-recording, or other tracking technologies, this Policy and the relevant privacy controls must be updated before or when those technologies are deployed.

03

Consent and state privacy choices

The United States does not have one general federal cookie-consent rule that applies to every website in the same way. However, federal and state privacy, communications, and consumer-protection laws can apply depending on the technology, the information involved, the business model, and the user’s state of residence.

Where applicable law requires prior consent for a non-essential technology, Credalye will not activate that technology before obtaining the required choice. Where applicable U.S. state law gives a right to opt out of a legally defined sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, the required opt-out mechanism must be made available.

For covered businesses under the California Consumer Privacy Act, legally recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control must be treated as valid opt-out requests for sale or sharing.

04

Third-party services

Third-party services may receive technical information when your browser requests a resource from them. In the current U.S. build, Google Fonts is used to provide typography. Google’s own terms and privacy practices govern Google’s independent processing of requests to its domains.

If Credalye later adds third-party analytics, advertising, personalization, chat, or similar services, the site should identify the relevant category of technology, purpose, provider, and available privacy control, and should obtain consent or provide an opt-out where required by applicable law.

05

How to manage cookies and privacy signals

Most browsers let you delete or block cookies and clear local or session storage. Blocking technologies that are necessary for a requested feature may cause parts of the site to work differently or not work at all.

Some browsers or extensions can send privacy preference signals, including Global Privacy Control. Where a legally recognized signal must be honored by a law that applies to Credalye, it should be treated as the applicable request. “Do Not Track” is not a uniform legal standard across the United States, and browser implementations can differ.

KOVA FINANCE, S.L. (doing business as “CREDALYE”) owns this website. For the U.S. market, this website provides general mortgage information, planning tools, and, where available, connections to participating mortgage professionals or providers. CREDALYE is not a bank, mortgage lender, creditor, loan servicer, or government agency; it does not fund mortgage loans and does not make underwriting or credit decisions. Nothing on this website is a commitment to lend, a pre-approval, a Loan Estimate, or a guarantee of approval, rates, APRs, fees, or terms. Mortgage availability and requirements vary by lender, loan program, borrower profile, property, and state.

If you choose to contact a participating mortgage provider, that provider independently determines eligibility, pricing, disclosures, underwriting requirements, and approval. Mortgage professionals who take applications or offer or negotiate residential mortgage terms must hold the registration or state licensing required by applicable law. For covered mortgage transactions, federal disclosures may include a Loan Estimate early in the application process and a Closing Disclosure before closing. CREDALYE does not control a provider’s credit decision or final loan terms. Mortgage lending is also subject to federal and state fair-lending laws. Review all lender disclosures and your financial situation carefully before entering into a mortgage.
